Eligibility for admission:

1. The minimum qualification for taking admission in the PGDM program at the KIMDS is three / four years bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for general category and minimum 45% for reserved category in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities, UGC and MHRD.

2. Candidates appearing for final year or final semester of their graduate degree examination in academic year 2022-23 are also eligible to appear for the admission process subject to condition that they do not have more than 2 (two) backlogs in the course. Such candidates if finally selected, must clear their graduation examination with the above specified percentage by August 2024. Further, a candidate desirous of seeking admission at KIMDS, Ranchi will have to appear in National level Entrance Tests like, CAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ATMA/or KAT Online Exam.

3. Through valid score of the above examinations a candidate can apply with KIMDS Ranchi through Online Process.

Admission Process:

KIMDS only accepts online registrations. Date of filling up forms for seeking admission at KIMDS, Ranchi is OPEN NOW (for session 24-26) until it’s announced.

The admission process followed by the Institute is as per the guidelines of AICTE, MHRD. Interested applicants are required to follow the following steps:

i. Applicants must register themselves at the KIMDS admission application window by pressing the ‘Apply Now’ button and enter the necessary details. It will lead to the application form. The registration fee for applying to applications for session 2022-24 is INR 1000/-

ii. For online registrations, the registration fee can be paid through online transactions using Credit / Debit / ATM cards / Online Banking/ payment gateways. The Application form fee is non-refundable.

iii. Shortlisted candidate, will be called for the Group Discussion and Personal interview (GD&PI) either through ONLINE/OFFLINE modes depending on the prevailing Covid conditions.

iv. After the GDPI round, admission offers are made to successful candidates.

v. The selected Candidate need to deposit the first Trimester fee before the given deadline mentioned in their Offer letter.
